know, many times on my blog I've talked about using a coupon clipping service to order coupons. Coupon clipping services will clip coupons and mail them to you for a small fee. They are not selling the coupons, they are charging a fee for their time to clip and mail you the coupons. Coupons themselves cannot be sold.
Coupon clipping services are wonderful when you need a lot of coupons for a big sale because you only have to order the ones you need. I usually order any coupons I need on Tuesday when the Giant Eagle flyer comes out so that I get them before the sale ends. Depending on how far away the clipping service is located, you will usually receive your coupons in 3-5 days.
